Return Window
We offer a 14-day return period from the date your order is delivered. Requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery.
Eligibility Requirements
Due to the sensitive nature of laboratory research materials, items are eligible for return only if they meet all of the following conditions:
- The item is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed condition
- Original packaging is intact and undamaged
- Labels and lot identifiers remain affixed and unaltered
- Proof of purchase is provided
For quality assurance and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, tampered with, reconstituted, or otherwise altered.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage. Essential Acids is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we may evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.
Photographic documentation may be required.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety, regulatory, and quality control reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products
- Research materials that have been unsealed
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or special-order products
- Any material classified as hazardous once opened
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your return is approved, you may place a new order separately once the returned item has been received and processed.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
